What we process and why

• Agency registration and requests. Company and contact details and the content of your requests, to answer requests, prepare quotes and run the partner programme (contract and legitimate interest).
• Messaging. If you write to us on Telegram or WhatsApp, those platforms process your data under their own policies.
• Telegram partner bot (@wepartnerdesk_bot). To improve the bot and make sure that only approved partners use it, we record which features are used and when, under a pseudonymous code instead of your Telegram ID (for approved partners, linked to the agency account); message contents, photos, documents and passport data are never part of these records. They are kept for 90 days, after which only daily totals remain. Text and voice messages, documents and images you send through the bot may be processed by our technical service providers, including providers located abroad.
• Birthday and founding date (optional). Only if you fill them in your profile (birthday without the year), to send you a greeting, with your consent; you can clear them at any time.
• Short links and usage counters. We count clicks on our short links and some site events, such as searches and page views, to see how the site is used. No cookies are set and no IP address or user identity is stored.
• Analytics cookies. Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics 4 set cookies to collect usage statistics and load only after you accept the cookie banner; you can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
• Essential storage. Your language, request list and sign-in session are kept in your browser; this needs no consent.

Where data is stored

Your data is kept by hosting, database and content delivery providers that process it on our behalf under their own terms; some of them are located abroad.

How long we keep data

Agency and request records are kept as long as the partnership and legal obligations require; analytics data according to each tool’s retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye or to your local supervisory authority in the EU. Write to info@emrahkisa.com.
