A Türkiye proposal in one round: the five details to put in your first message

We read hundreds of briefs. The ones that turn into a proposal in a single round share the same five details. None of them takes more than a line to write; together they save days.
1. Dates and the shape of the arrival
Not only the travel dates but the arrival and departure times. A late-evening arrival changes the first day; an early morning departure changes the last night. If the flights are not booked yet, say so, and we plan around the likely options.
2. Who is travelling
Number of guests, adults and children with ages, the source market and the language the guests speak. Guiding, vehicle size and even restaurant choices follow from this line.
3. Hotel standard or area
Four-star central, five-star on the Bosphorus, a boutique in the Old City or a cave hotel in Cappadocia. If the hotel is already booked, give the name; the programme is built around its location.
4. What the trip is for
An anniversary, a first visit, a photography trip, a family holiday, an incentive for a sales team. The purpose decides which products go in and which stay out, and it tells us where the client will forgive a compromise and where they will not.
5. Must-haves and deadlines
The one experience the client will not give up, any accessibility or dietary needs and the date by which the client expects an answer. With a deadline we schedule the work; without it we guess.
What you get back
A proposal with options at different levels, inclusions and exclusions, timings marked as planned or confirmed, validity and conditions. From there the agency prices it for the client and the desk that wrote it runs it on the ground.
