For guests who travel to Istanbul for a treatment they have arranged with a Ministry of Health authorised facility, or through an authorised health tourism intermediary. We take the travel side off their hands: meet and assist at the airport, a private transfer, a hotel chosen for its distance to the clinic and a quiet room, a Russian- or English-speaking companion who handles appointment-day logistics, waiting and calls, transfers on every appointment and check-up day, one line reachable around the clock, and the return to the airport. The stay is planned for four to eight nights around the dates the facility gives; a companion travelling with the guest is included in the same booking. We do not select or recommend clinics, do not give medical advice and do not ask for medical details in the request: dates, the clinic's district, number of guests and hotel preference are enough.
