A few nights on the coast at Side, with the ancient theatre, the Temple of Apollo and the Manavgat waterfall; in autumn Side is quieter and milder than central Antalya. Then across to Cappadocia for two nights: the northern and southern valleys, with a dawn balloon flight as an option. The return follows the eastern Mediterranean coast: St Paul's Well and the cave of the Seven Sleepers at Tarsus, and the Maiden's Castle standing in the sea near Mersin.
