Cappadocia in two days: the Red and Blue routes
Two full days, the Red and Blue routes, flights, a cave hotel and a private guide on the ground.
The Mevlana lodge, Şems-i Tebrizi and the Seljuk medreses: a day at the spiritual centre of Anatolia.

Konya was the capital of the Anatolian Seljuk state and is today the centre of the Mevlevi tradition. The day opens at the tomb of Şems-i Tebrizi, Rumi's companion, then the İnce Minareli Medrese, whose minaret was left half-height after a lightning strike, and the Karatay Medrese, known for its tilework, followed by the Alaeddin hill and the mosque on it. The afternoon is given to the Mevlana Museum and lodge: the sarcophagi of Rumi, his father and Sultan Veled beneath the green dome. The old Greek village of Sille and the Meram gardens can be added. Sema ceremonies are held on set days and the calendar changes through the year; if there is a ceremony on your date we build the day around it, and if there is not, we do not promise one. Konya is the natural break between Cappadocia and Antalya and joins multi-day routes as a bridge. Museum entrance fees and lunch are quoted separately.
Stops flex with the weather, traffic and your guest's pace.
