A memorable evening within a Cappadocia stay. Guests are collected from their hotel and welcomed into a hall carved from the rock, where an Anatolian dinner and local drinks accompany folk performances from four regions, a whirling ceremony and traditional dance. The show lasts around two hours, with return to the hotel by eleven. An atmospheric addition to any Cappadocia programme.
