North Cappadocia: fairy chimneys and Avanos
A private journey through North Cappadocia: Göreme's churches, Uçhisar Castle and the pottery heritage of Avanos.
The quiet southern valleys: Mustafapaşa, Sobesos, Soğanlı and Ortahisar.

In Cappadocia the red and green routes cover the busiest northern and western valleys. The blue route goes south, and for most of the day you meet no crowds. It begins at Mustafapaşa, where Greek and Turkish architecture stand side by side, continues to the ancient city of Sobesos and its recently uncovered mosaics, walks the Soğanlı valley with the largest group of cave churches in the region, calls at the Halaç monastery hospital and closes at the Ortahisar Castle viewpoint. Built for returning guests and for anyone travelling with a camera. Site entrance fees and lunch are quoted separately.
Stops flex with the weather, traffic and your guest's pace.
