Gaziantep · Mardin Mesopotamia signature
Gastronomy, Göbeklitepe and the stone cities of Mesopotamia, over eight days. Flights optional.
Three cities, three kitchens: mezes, kebab and baklava, beside the people who make them.

Türkiye's densest culinary line runs between these three cities. Gaziantep sits in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network for gastronomy: the coppersmiths' market, the baklava ovens, the Tahmis coffee house and the Zeugma Mosaic Museum, which holds one of the largest mosaic collections in the world. In Adana, the Roman-era Taşköprü, the clock tower, the Ramazanoğlu mansion and the ocakbaşı tradition. Antakya is known for its mezes and for Harbiye; the city was heavily affected by the 2023 earthquake and rebuilding continues, so every stop and every table on the Antakya leg is confirmed one by one before travel, and we never write a place into the programme that is not open. Meals are quoted separately; the tasting stops are included.
Stops flex with the weather, traffic and your guest's pace.
